Stagecraft Theatre is the principal user of the Gryphon Theatre and performs there five times a year. In between, the theatre is available for hire by other users. Stagecraft also uses the theatre for club nights, committee meetings etc. If one of these should be scheduled during your hire period, Stagecraft undertakes to ensure your production is in no way disadvantaged. The theatre is managed by a Stagecraft sub-committee and enquiries should be directed to the Manager.

Marion Street Parking Building is the closest and only a short walk from the theatre.

The Gryphon Theatre logo may be used in all publicity and advertising. It is available in colour or black and white, on CD or via email. Formats available are JPEG, PC TIFF, Mac TIFF, low-res JPEG and PSD file (for PhotoShop and Web Builder). The picture and the words can be used separately if required. Please do not alter or amend this logo.

An advertising poster can be displayed on the building beside the front doors and must be removed immediately following the final performance as part of your pack-out. This is the only display space on the outside of the building.

There is no provision for a banner, except for Stagecraft's (Body Corporate rules).

The Body Corporate rules also prohibit posters and promotional materials being attached to or displayed in the windows. Advance publicity can be displayed on a notice board in the foyer, and there is a notice board for use during your show.
